Yale tackle Kiran Amegadjie has announced his intention to enter the 2024 NFL Draft, despite it being uncommon for Ivy League players to make such a move. Amegadjie played right guard as a freshman and moved to left tackle in 2022, earning him an All-Ivy first-team selection. However, his 2023 season was cut short by a quad injury that required surgery.

Despite the injury, Senior Bowl executive director Jim Nagy ranked Amegadjie as one of the players with a chance to be selected on the second day of the draft. His ability to do on-field work leading up to the draft could impact his ultimate spot, but it seems likely that he will hear his name called at some point. It will be interesting to monitor his progress and see where he ends up in the draft.
