Unlock Your Business’s Potential: Learn New Leadership Strategies at the Oberlin Business Partnership’s Super Teams Event

The Oberlin Business Partnership has announced the launch of its inaugural Super Teams event, which is part of the Leadercast Series and aimed at helping companies enhance their leadership skills. The event will take place on June 25, from 8 a.m., at the Hotel at Oberlin, located on 10 E. College St.

According to Sharon Pearson, executive director of the Oberlin Business Partnership, this event presents a rare opportunity for individuals in the area to attend a professional development event of this caliber. The Super Teams event is designed to help businesses navigate the challenges brought about by the pandemic and get back on track.

The event will be video recorded, although in-person attendance is encouraged. Pearson mentioned that the Leadercast had not offered a program like this in the area until now, providing a unique opportunity for individuals between Oberlin and Columbus to participate. Attendees will have the chance to learn new leadership strategies, network with a variety of organizations and business leaders, and discuss operating post-pandemic.

Due to changes made during the pandemic, there has been some dysfunction in businesses and companies. The Super Teams event aims to help organizations navigate these challenges and get back on track. This event is part of a series of three events happening this year, and attendees can receive a $10 discount for future events. Tickets are priced at $75 per person or $400 for a table of six. Those interested can register on the Oberlin Business Partnership’s website in the events section.

In conclusion, attending this Super Teams event will provide an excellent opportunity for individuals in the area to enhance their leadership skills while learning new strategies that can be applied post-pandemic. With its unique blend of professional development opportunities and networking opportunities with other businesses and leaders in the region, this event promises to be an unforgettable experience that will leave attendees inspired and motivated to succeed in their respective fields.
