The Panthers have made history by signing their entire draft class, with all seven picks now under contract. This means that the rookie minicamp, which is set to begin on Friday, will give fans their first chance to see the new players on the field.
Leading the way in this talented group of rookies is first-round pick Xavier Legette, a receiver from South Carolina who has shown great promise in his time at the college level. Joining him will be second-round pick Jonathon Brooks, although he will not be able to participate in the minicamp as he continues to recover from an ACL tear.
Other picks who will be joining Legette and Brooks at practice include third-round linebacker Trevin Wallace, fourth-round tight end Ja’Tavion Sanders, fifth-round cornerback Chau Smith-Wade, sixth-round defensive tackle Jaden Crumedy, and seventh-round linebacker Michael Barrett. This new class of players brings excitement and potential to the Panthers as they begin their journey in the NFL.
