Unfortunately, at the young age of 28, Korey Cunningham, a former NFL offensive lineman who played for three different teams over five years, passed away. His body was discovered in his home in Clifton, New Jersey after police responded to a report from a concerned family member who could not reach him.
Korey Cunningham began his professional football career as a seventh-round draft pick for the Arizona Cardinals in 2018 after playing college football at the University of Cincinnati. He later went on to play for the New England Patriots for parts of two seasons before joining the New York Giants in 2021, where he remained for two years. However, unfortunately, he did not participate in the NFL during the 2023 season.
The cause of Cunningham’s death is currently under investigation by authorities, and they have stated that there is no suspicion of foul play involved in his passing. Friends, family, and fans are mourning the loss of this talented athlete taken too soon.
