On June 13 at OSF Center for Health, a burglary was reported and authorities are now searching for the perpetrator. Tory Tolbert, a 41-year-old man from Gary, Indiana is currently being sought after for this alleged crime. He is facing multiple charges including burglary, possession of someone else’s credit/debit card, and theft.
The first incident occurred on June 25 at UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital where a burglary was reported and images of a man believed to be Tolbert were released by the Rockford Police. Authorities suspect Tolbert of being involved in both incidents.
As of now, Tolbert is not in custody and the police are actively searching for him.
