to Kevin Harlan’s Exciting Commentary of the Chiefs’ Super Bowl Victory Touchdown

On Sunday night, the Kansas City Chiefs won their second straight Super Bowl thanks to a Mecole Hardman touchdown catch in overtime. The television broadcast was called by Jim Nantz and Tony Romo for CBS, but it was Kevin Harlan who provided an epic call of his own via a radio broadcast.

Harlan, who began his football broadcasting career as the voice of the Chiefs, was the play-by-play announcer for Westwood One Sports Radio’s Super Bowl broadcast on Sunday. After the San Francisco 49ers scored first to begin overtime in the 2024 Super Bowl, Harlan was on the call for the Chiefs’ ensuing drive, including the Super Bowl-winning touchdown pass to Hardman.

“It’s caught! Hardman caught the ball! The Chiefs have won! The Chiefs have won!” Harlan said on the call.
