
The four-H Animal Science Club held its 1st meeting of the year at the Boyle County Extension developing on September five. More than 75 students attended the meeting, exactly where they discovered about a variety of animals, which includes dairy cows and goats, sheep, pigs, and poultry. The students had been offered the chance to witness a cow becoming milked by the Southland Mobile Dairy and also had a possibility to study how to make butter. On top of that, Jaymie Ross demonstrated the procedure of producing goat milk soap. Emily Violette, Ray Graves, and Taylor Graves generously supplied the animals for the occasion.
