Denver’s Water World Hiring for Summer Jobs

Water World is hosting a job fair this Wednesday, providing nearly 1,000 employment opportunities for those seeking summer work. The water park offers positions ranging from lifeguards to landscaping to water quality management, and employees receive benefits such as a free season pass and discounted day tickets for friends and family. All applicants must be at least 14 years old by May 1, and those unable to attend the fair can submit applications online. Water World operates from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend, and the City of Denver is assisting individuals between the ages of 16 and 24 in finding summer employment through the Governor’s Summer Job Hunt program. Applicants must show proof of age and citizenship to be matched with job opportunities. For more details on available positions, individuals can contact Water World or the City of Denver directly. The job fair takes place on Wednesday, March 27 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 8801 N. Pecos St. in Federal Heights.
