Sean Sullivan, CEO of Clarity Business Consulting, has purchased Little Black Ledger, LLC from Nicole Rostad. The transition of the bookkeeping and payroll services business to Clarity Business Consulting has been characterized by mutual respect and confidence in the continuation of high-quality service to clients.

Nicole Rostad, owner of Little Black Ledger, expressed her confidence in Sean as a competent and trustworthy buyer to take over the business after stepping into a new role as director of a local non-profit. She stated that they had been discussing the transition for over a year and now seemed like the right time. Rostad believes that Sean will provide the same or better quality service to her clients.

Sean Sullivan, who has been in the financial services industry for over 25 years and holds leadership positions in operations, retail banking, and commercial lending, expressed his admiration for Nicole’s growth of the business over the last decade and his confidence in Clarity Business Consulting’s ability to work with her clients and continue the tradition of service they have come to expect from Nicole.

Clarity Business Consulting partners with small businesses and nonprofits to meet and exceed their objectives by providing financial analysis, bookkeeping, loan consulting, and strategic planning services. Owner and CEO of Clarity Business Consulting, Sean Sullivan highly recommends his services as a forward-thinking visionary with expertise in strategic planning who goes above and beyond for his clients.
