Rams receiver Cooper Kupp received good news Monday after further testing of his right ankle. He has a lateral ankle sprain and is considered day to day, which was positive news for the team. Kupp could play Sunday against the Cardinals, according to coach Sean McVay.

Meanwhile, rookie receiver Puka Nacua injured his shoulder on the pass interference penalty he drew in the fourth quarter, and McVay also called him day to day. The Rams will monitor Nacua’s functionality this week before making a decision on his availability for Sunday’s game.

The Rams will also see the return of running back Kyren Williams this week. He has not played since Week 6 when he sprained his left ankle. Williams’ productivity, play energy, and overall presence have been missed by the team, and McVay expressed excitement about getting him back on the field.
