This is putting a lot of pressure on restaurants to find ways to become more efficient.
Lybeer acknowledged that restaurants have traditionally lagged behind in adopting technology but saw an opportunity for them to leverage technology to navigate the challenges they were facing. By embracing technology, restaurants can streamline their operations and improve their overall efficiency.
