The owner of Hi Grade Shooting Supply, Tracey McMahan, is facing charges after an investigation into her business sales. The district attorney’s office said McMahan is facing multiple charges after two customers accused her of taking their money and not providing the goods they paid for.

In October, a victim contacted Westmoreland County detectives to report that they had paid $4,600 to buy a combo shotgun from McMahan’s business but never received the gun or a refund. According to investigators, McMahan provided excuses for the missing firearm, saying it was lost in shipping or damaged before she stopped communicating.

Another victim tried to sell a Beretta shotgun to McMahan’s business on consignment for $3,500 but never received the funds. Court documents show that McMahan was also charged with theft by deception. She was arraigned and released on $50,000 unsecured bond after being accused of not providing goods in exchange for payment and ignoring communications from customers. The investigation into McMahan began after the first victim contacted detectives in October.
