Monday’s Adventure: Letting Customers Lead

During Monday’s User Experience Hackathon, the company’s employees worked tirelessly to perform 745 system upgrades in just one day. This dedicated day focused on creating upgrades and improvements proposed directly by the company’s users, partners, and online communities. Teams in Tel Aviv, London, and Warsaw, consisting of engineers, product managers, and designers, halted their current work to concentrate on addressing over 2,000 suggestions and reported UX problems that had been collected over several weeks. After a selection process, the employees began planning solutions for the ideas chosen during the hackathon.
