‘Outright nuisance’: Backyard sports court, lighting upsets neighbors in Dracut

DRACUT – Flavio Granda Orbes says he desires to have a amazing Memorial Day Weekend with household and close friends with his new volleyball and soccer courts he constructed in his backyard at his property in Dracut. “I just want to be good with everyone.
