Recently, Trützschler has expanded its portfolio to become the first full-liner in the preparation of textile waste, offering solutions from mechanical recycling to the spinning preparation of torn secondary fibers. The expansion was made possible through the development of Truecycled recycling technology in collaboration with Balkan Textile Machinery in Turkey.
Extensive academic and practical research has been conducted to address the challenges of textile recycling, which often results in shorter fibers compared to virgin materials. By having expertise in both processes and ensuring optimal configurations and settings, manufacturers can improve the quality of end-products made from recycled materials without compromise.
