Courthouse Brew Co., positioned in Worcester, Massachusetts, is the brainchild of Mark Gawlak and Danny Whalen, two attorneys with a shared background in the restaurant sector. The COVID-19 pandemic posed challenges and delayed the opening of Courthouse Brew Co., but it eventually opened its doors at the finish of June. The co-owners, each practicing attorneys, managed to balance their legal careers with the demands of operating a brewery via productive time management.
Courthouse Brew Co. currently boasts a diverse beer choice, featuring their signature pineapple-cinnamon IPA referred to as “Attractive Nuisance.” With their organization up and operating, Gawlak and Whalen are excited for the future.
