Trading Begins with Caution in Helsinki Stock Exchange, But Trends Upwards

The Helsinki Stock Exchange opened higher on Thursday, with the OMXH general index up 0.2 percent at 10,074.54 points shortly after the start of trading. In terms of company-specific news, Kalmar, a cargo handling company that listed on the stock exchange on Monday, was up 0.4 percent at 27.14 euros, while Cargotecin was up 0.04 percent at 45.16 euros. Australian-Finnish mining company Latitude 66 merged with ASX-listed DiscovEX Resources and raised four million Australian dollars for ore exploration and project development.

In the realm of stock recommendations, Inderes lowered Merus Power’s recommendation to reduce, OP raised Kone’s target price, OP raised Atria’s recommendation, DNB Markets lowered Nokian Tires’ target price, Barclays raised SSAB’s target price, DNB Markets raised Cargotec’s target price
