New Faces in Maine and Southern New England Business: Meet the Leaders of Avesta Housing Board, UScellular’s New Sales Manager, Malone Commercial Brokers’ Certified Investment Member, and Bar Harbor Bank & Trust’s Mortgage Loan Originator.

Avesta Housing Board of Directors has recently appointed Julia Redding, a nursing home medical director for MaineHealth. In addition to her medical role, she also serves as a member of the Maine Prescription Drug Affordability Board and is a co-owner of Goodfire Brewing Co. in Portland. Meanwhile, Dallas Phillips has taken on the role of retail area sales manager for southern New England at UScellular. With over 10 years of experience in wireless sales, he initially joined the company in 2014 as a store manager in Scarborough.

Jennifer Small from Malone Commercial Brokers has earned the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member after starting out as an intern in 2000 and becoming a broker at the firm. Carly Saunders has also advanced in her career after obtaining her associate broker’s license in 2021 and was promoted to broker assistant on the Joe Malone Team. Alexia Fornaro has also progressed in her career after earning her sales agent license and was promoted to broker assistant with the Karen Rich and Cheri Bonawitz Team, as well as for Mike Anderson.

Nickol Daigle has joined Bar Harbor Bank & Trust as a mortgage loan originator after having experience in early childhood education and healthcare, roles in banking including as a banking specialist and virtual digital payment adviser at TD Bank for five years.
