New coffee enterprise set to open in downtown Peoria just after closure of prior café

In downtown Peoria, Ty Paluska, 1 of the original founders of Thirty-Thirty Coffee Co., is operating on a new coffee enterprise named Intuition Coffee + Juice. Set to open in late October, the shop will be positioned in the former coffee shop of the Kickapoo Constructing. The news release also mentions that the beloved Jumer bear will be present in the new space.

Paluska co-founded Thirty-Thirty Coffee Co. in 2011 but left the enterprise 5 years later to discover other possibilities in the coffee market. He gained qualified expertise operating for coffee-primarily based companies in Idaho and Utah. In June, Thirty-Thirty Coffee Co. closed down, and the building’s owners approached Paluska about opening a new coffee shop in the space. This led to the conception of Intuition Coffee + Juice, with Paluska’s wife, Kami, who worked at a juice bar in Idaho, joining in the venture.

Intuition Coffee + Juice plans to offer you a variety of espresso and coffee drinks, smoothies, cold-pressed juices, and wholesale coffee beans. Prospects will also have the choice to order baked goods from neighborhood companies. The shop intends to expand into the former Margie’s Dry Cleaners space in the future, giving more seating, a purchasing region for locally produced solutions, and extra operating space.

The concentrate of Intuition Coffee + Juice goes beyond serving higher-high-quality coffee. The enterprise aims to prioritize sustainability, hospitality, wellness, and neighborhood engagement. By providing a one of a kind coffee expertise and supporting neighborhood companies, Intuition Coffee + Juice hopes to turn into a hub for the neighborhood.
