The Kansas City Chiefs have announced that their Super Bowl parade will be held on Valentine’s Day in honor of their 25-22 overtime win against the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl LVIII. The parade will begin at 11 a.m. local time and take place over 90 minutes, starting from 6th Street and Grand Boulevard before ending at Union Station. Following the parade, players, coaches, and chairman and CEO Clark Hunt will give speeches at 12:45 p.m.
In addition to the parade, the Kansas City Chiefs are set to visit the White House after being invited by President Biden. During a briefing call with press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, it was revealed that whether or not there would be any special guests allowed for the visit to Washington D.C was left open to the Chiefs themselves to decide and that they were looking forward to welcoming the team with open arms.
