Las Vegas is a city that is renowned for its major sporting events, world-class entertainment, and conventions. This month, the city will host a conference that will combine all three aspects to further elevate its position as a hub for innovation. The event will also provide UNLV students with an opportunity to grow in their chosen field.
Jay Vickers, the COO of the UNLV Sports Innovation and Entertainment conference, highlighted the intellectual capital of the city’s sports, entertainment, and civic leaders. He noted that in the last decade, Las Vegas has become a hub for innovation in the sports industry.
