INVL Technology’s 2023 Financial Report Reveals Net Asset Value Per Share Growth and Record NAV Discount

The financial report by Enlight Research on INVL Technology’s 2023 results has revealed that the company’s net asset value (NAV) per share grew by 14% to EUR 3.61 due to strong sales and EBIT growth of its portfolio companies. Additionally, the NAV discount reached a historic high of around 40%.

INVL Technology manages three IT-related businesses – NRD Cyber Security, Novian, and NRD Companies – as a closed-end investment company listed on the secondary list of Nasdaq Vilnius stock exchange. The fund’s investments are expected to be realized by July 14, 2026, after which proceeds will be distributed to shareholders, and the fund will be closed.
