In Primošten, Dalmatia, the State Inspectorate has intensified its efforts and recently closed an unregistered catering facility named Azalea Wine and Olive Hill. The facility was located on a hill amidst olive groves and vineyards in Primošten and provided services and accommodation without proper legal documentation. The owners of the company, SPRING HARVEST doo, are required to return any illegally earned money from the past two years.
On October 4 and October 16, 2023, the facility was inspected by the State Inspectorate. Following the inspection, an oral decision was issued banning the activities, which was delivered to the party on October 18, 2023. An indictment was also filed with the Municipal Misdemeanor Court in Šibenik for confiscation of property benefits acquired through the offense for both 2022 and 2023.
The Mayor of Primošten, Stipe Petrina, acknowledged that if anything was found illegal by the State Inspectorate, it cannot operate legally according to Morski.hr portal. The facility is currently unable to receive reservations on its website due to its closure. SPRING HARVEST doo is registered for real estate business, with its owner being a Swedish citizen.
