The “world’s largest rubber duck” is set to make an appearance at the Fourth of July celebrations in Lake Elsinore, California. Standing tall at 61 feet, 64 feet wide and 74 feet long, this giant duck named “Mama Duck” has captured the hearts of people worldwide.
Lake Elsinore’s Mayor Steve Manos expressed his excitement for visitors to witness this unique attraction during the weekend festivities. The massive rubber duck was inflated at Diamond Stadium on Wednesday and will be on display there until Saturday night.
The stadium has a lineup of events planned for the weekend, including an Independence Day concert, a Jeep Duck Day Car Show, and live music performances by artists like Rocio La Dama de La Cumbia. A Queen tribute band will also be performing on Saturday along with food vendors for attendees to enjoy.
After the weekend celebration in Lake Elsinore, Mama Duck will be deflated, packed and shipped off to Greensboro, North Carolina for its next appearance. This event promises to be a fun-filled opportunity to see the world’s largest rubber duck up close and experience various festivities planned throughout the weekend.
