First-ever Silver & Black Gala hosted by Raiders Foundation focuses on mental health programs in Nevada

The Las Vegas Raiders recently celebrated their inaugural Silver & Black Gala, a significant event focused on promoting mental health awareness and fundraising for the Legal Aid of Southern Nevada’s Resiliency & Justice Center. This center offers resources and support to victims of trauma and violent crime in the community.

Hosted on March 30 at Wynn Las Vegas and sponsored by Intermountain Health, the gala showcased the Raiders’ dedication to making a positive impact beyond football, especially in addressing mental health issues in Nevada. Kari Uyehara, Executive Director of the Raiders Foundation, expressed pride in standing with community partners for such a vital cause, highlighting the importance of the gala’s contributions in expanding support for those affected by mental health conditions in the state.

The event was attended by over two hundred members of The Las Vegas Raiders organization, including Owner Mark Davis, President Sandra Douglass Morgan, and Head Coach Antonio Pierce, among others. The gala brought together a diverse group of over a thousand influential figures, community leaders, and advocates for an impactful and inspiring evening. Attendees enjoyed live performances by Grammy Award-winning artists, with special appearances by notable personalities including David Foster, Babyface, Andra Day, and Anderson .Paak.
