The FLO Business Hub, a six-month entrepreneur training program offered by the NewBo City Market in Cedar Rapids, is set to launch on May 8. Designed to provide participants with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to succeed in a competitive business environment, the program stands for Fellowship for Launching Opportunities.
The cost of the program is $249, with limited scholarships available for those who cannot afford the fee. Participants will meet three times a month for classes, peer review sessions, and networking events. Led by business professionals, the classes will cover topics such as writing business plans, establishing banking relationships, building brand identity, and developing marketing strategies.
