Fall Speaker Series Announced by Women’s Wellness and Wellness

The Center for Women’s Wellness and Wellness is excited to announce their upcoming 2023 Speaker’s Series Fall Lecture and Workshop on October 26-27. This two-day occasion gives attendees with the chance to attend a lecture by keynote speaker, Dr. Jody Clasey, and participate in a scholarly workshop led by Dr. Jaclyn Maher. The occasion will conclude with a networking lunch on October 27.

The Speaker Series lecture, titled “Body Composition and Wellness Disparities in Youngsters: Each Hidden and In Plain View,” will take location on Thursday, October 26 from four:30-five:30 p.m. in the EUC Alexander Space. Dr. Jody Clasey from the University of Kentucky’s Center for Clinical and Translational Science will talk about several wellness disparities affecting kids and discover physique composition and the Physique Mass Index (BMI) as a measure.
