Dominant Performance by Muncy’s Nolah Moyer and Taylor Shannon in Mid-Penn Championship Game Leaves Bucktail Struggling to Keep Up

Muncy’s senior pitcher Nolah Moyer and catcher Taylor Shannon led their team to a dominant 13-0 win over Bucktail in the Mid-Penn championship game. The two players had big days at the plate, with Moyer hitting a two-run home run and two singles, while Shannon hit a three-run home run and drove in five runs. Muncy finished undefeated for the second straight year.

Bucktail’s Gianna Balchun broke up Moyer’s no-hit bid in the fifth inning with a hit, but that was not enough to stop Muncy from cruising to victory.
