Northern Public Radio’s Little Science Storytime with WNIJ and WNIU

The South Beloit Public Library is excited to announce the return of their summer story time series! Join us on Friday mornings or Sunday afternoons for a fun and educational experience under our cottonwood tree. This program is designed for children aged 3-5 and aims to build nature vocabulary, as well as introduce Spanish and American Sign Language vocabulary.

Each week will feature a new nature theme that will be repeated on Sundays. You only need to register once for the series and can attend as many story times as you are able to. Thanks to the support from the Judith H. Adams Fund, which focuses on nature literacy, you can use the coupon code story2024 to receive free admission to this program.

The event takes place at Nature At The Confluence and costs $5. It runs every week through August 4, 2024, with sessions on Sunday from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM and on Friday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. For more information, please contact Nature At The Confluence or the South Beloit Public Library at 815-200-6910 or email them at info@natureattheconfluence.com.
