Fire Causes Health Department Building in Butler County to Be Declared a Total Loss

On Sunday morning, a massive fire broke out in Greenville, Alabama, destroying the building that housed the Butler County Health Department and EMA office. The incident took place on Airport Road at around 3:30 a.m., with the building fully engulfed in flames by the time emergency crews arrived on the scene. Despite their best efforts to contain the fire, it was ultimately declared a total loss.

Thankfully, no one was inside the building at the time of the fire, and no injuries were reported.
