Dak Prescott, Cowboys Quarterback, Spotted in Walking Boot During Vacation After Reportedly Sustaining ‘Mild Right Foot Sprain’

The Dallas Cowboys quarterback, Dak Prescott, suffered a minor sprain in his right foot while on vacation in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. This was reported by ESPN’s Todd Archer who saw Prescott wearing a walking boot on his right foot. The photo of this moment was shared on social media by Mexican football commentator Juan Carlos Vázquez.

Although the exact timing of the injury is unclear, it is known that it occurred after June 5th when the Cowboys held their last organized workout. Prescott has since stopped wearing the walking boot and has made progress in his recovery.

The cause of Prescott’s foot sprain remains undisclosed, but this setback comes at a critical time for him as he enters the final year of his contract with the Cowboys and negotiations for an extension may still be ongoing. Despite this challenge, Prescott’s focus remains on preparing for training camp, which will take place at the end of the month. His performance during camp will be crucial in assessing his overall health and readiness for the upcoming season.
