The much-anticipated match between Croatia and Armenia, set to take place on Tuesday at 20:45 at the Maksimir stadium in Zagreb, is almost here. With only a few hours to go, all tickets for the match have been sold out. Depending on the number of children present in the designated section for free sale, between 15,000 and 18,000 spectators could be in attendance.
In preparation for this big event, HNS has organized a fan zone near the stadium that opens at 5 pm on Tuesday. The program is packed with excitement, including a concert by popular Mata Bulić and Tiho Orlić. Public viewing of the match will also be available on a large screen next to the stadium.
Despite some rain forecasted for Tuesday afternoon, Croatian fans have proven time and again that weather conditions do not deter them from attending matches. Remember the dramatic World Cup qualifier against Russia? That game was played in challenging weather conditions yet still attracted thousands of fans.
Fans can look forward to purchasing fan merchandise such as jerseys and licensed HNS products at the stadium. HNS has also put together an activity program for young ones. They will have the opportunity to try out e-football and table football, promising plenty of fun!
