On September 17, in the Freestyle 61kg category, Vito Arujau from the USA claimed the gold medal. Abasgadzhi Magomedov from INA took the silver, while Taiyrbek Zhumashbek from KGZ and Shota Phartenadze from GEO won bronze medals.

In the Freestyle 70kg category, Zaine Retherford from the USA emerged as the gold medallist. Amir Mohammad Yazdani from IRN won the silver medal, and Ramazan Ramazanov from BUL and Arman Andreasyan from ARM secured bronze medals.

The Freestyle 86kg category, which is an Olympic weight category, saw David Taylor from the USA clinching the gold medal. Hassan Yazdani from IRN took home the silver, while Myles Amine from SMR and Azamat Dauletbekov from KAZ won the bronze medals.

As the championship progressed, the finals for Greco-Roman Wrestling 55kg, 82kg, 77kg, and 130kg were held on September 22. On September 23, the finals for Greco-Roman Wrestling 72kg, 60kg, and 97kg took place, followed by the finals for Greco-Roman Wrestling 63kg, 67kg, and 87kg on September 24.
