Pasco County Residents Urged to Participate in Community Health Needs Assessment Survey by DOH-Pasco

The Florida Department of Health in Pasco County (DOH-Pasco) is currently seeking feedback from the community through a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) Survey. This survey is aimed at gathering information on nutrition, physical activity, access to care, and mental health in the community.

All residents of Pasco County are encouraged to participate in the survey, which can be accessed online in English or Spanish at bit.ly/49jcn1t or by scanning the provided QR code. The deadline to complete the survey is April 15, 2024.

Data collected from this survey will be used by DOH-Pasco to develop a community health improvement plan that addresses the most pressing issues identified by residents. By participating in the survey, individuals can help prioritize health needs in their community and drive awareness, action, and improvement.

To be eligible for the survey, individuals must be 18 years or older and reside in Pasco County. The survey consists of 16 main questions with follow-up questions based on responses as well as eight demographic questions. Completing the survey is expected to take around 10 minutes of your time.
