Jasmine Tolbert has joined the board of directors of Columbia River Mental Overall health Solutions, a Clark County nonprofit that offers behavioral overall health and recovery solutions for young children, adults, and households in Southwest Washington.

Tolbert, who has bachelor’s degree in social science with a concentration in personnel psychology/human sources from Washington State University Vancouver, at present serves as vice president fo people today and culture for YWCA Clark County.

She lately concluded 5 years with NAACP Vancouver Branch 1139, serving 1st as vice president and then as president.

She has served in a variety of human sources capacities with such for-profit companies as The Typical and The Vancouver Clinic. She has substantial practical experience producing and implementing diversity, equity and inclusion policies and applications, as effectively as managing human sources.

She is a previous board member for YWCA Clark County, and at present serves on the boards of SW Washington Equity Coalition, Workforce SW Washington, and Washington State University Equity Diversity Advisory Board.

She is a member of the Washington State University Vancouver’s Advisory Council.
