The Fredericksburg Christian Health Center is celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2023, and it has been making a significant impact in the community through its underserved program. Thanks to a grant from the Joe and Mary Wilson Community Benefit Fund of Mary Washington Hospital, the center was able to receive support for its operations in 2024. In addition, the center was able to hire a full-time behavioral health counselor last year thanks to a grant from the Virginia Health Care Foundation.
The Fredericksburg Christian Health Center is a faith-based and nonprofit organization that is dedicated to providing free and reduced health care to those who can’t afford it.
