The Cardinals have officially signed four of their draftees to contracts. Linebacker Xavier Thomas, offensive tackle Christian Jones, receiver Tejhaun Palmer, and cornerback Jaden Davis are now under contract. However, eight draftees remain unsigned.
Xavier Thomas was highly regarded in the 2018 class, finishing his freshman year at Clemson as an All-American. He had an impressive 2023 season with 25 tackles, four tackles for loss, and three sacks.
Christian Jones was the second offensive lineman drafted by the Cardinals. Tejhaun Palmer was the team’s second wide receiver drafted this year, joining a revamped receiving room that includes Marvin Harrison Jr., Michael Wilson, Greg Dortch, and veteran Chris Moore.
Jaden Davis has shown versatility on the field, playing in various positions including outside, in the slot, and at safety. Last season, he accounted for 42 tackles, four pass deflections, and two forced fumbles.
