Camtek Acquires FormFactor’s FRT Metrology Business enterprise for $one hundred Million

Test and measurement technologies organization FormFactor has agreed to sell its FRT Metrology business enterprise to Camtek for $one hundred million in money. The businesses announced the deal on Monday, stating that it brings with each other FRT, a supplier of metrology options for the sophisticated packaging and silicon carbide markets, with Camtek, a manufacturer of inspection and metrology gear for the semiconductor market.

Camtek expects the acquisition to be completed by the finish of the year and anticipates that it will contribute about ten% to its annual income in 2024.
