In Northstowe, Cambridge, a man named Robert Rust, 36 years old, has pleaded guilty to burgling eight businesses. This admission came on April 12 at Cambridge Magistrates’ Court after a series of break-ins occurred at various takeaways and stores in the city during March. The police were informed about the incidents and Rust was remanded in custody until sentencing at Cambridge Crown Court on May 6th. Another individual received an 18-month suspended sentence for their involvement in two of the break-ins.
