Broncos Linebacker Jonas Griffith Optimistic About Upcoming Season with New Head Coach Sean Payton

As the Broncos prepare for their second season under head coach Sean Payton, linebacker Jonas Griffith is feeling optimistic about the upcoming year. In a recent interview on Denver Sports 104.3 The Fan, Griffith spoke about how Payton’s confidence in the team has increased and shared his own high expectations for the 2024 season.

Griffith believes that Payton’s comfort level with the players has led to his increased confidence in the team. He mentioned that Payton often talks to the players about surprising a lot of people this year, and Griffith described how he feels very comfortable with the players and ready for the challenges ahead. While there is still work to be done, Griffith believes that the team is prepared for what lies ahead.

Unfortunately, Griffith was unable to contribute on the field last year due to a torn ACL in August. His return to the team is expected to boost the defense’s performance and play a crucial role in helping Payton secure victories in Denver this season.
