Former Defense Minister Marijo Banožić’s condition continues to improve as he has been moved from the Intensive Care Unit to the Neurosurgery Clinic, where he is receiving multidisciplinary treatment. KBC Osijek confirmed this progress through reports from HRT. According to Croatian law, Banožić has 8 days to activate his parliamentary mandate after being dismissed. His lawyer submitted a request on his behalf to activate the mandate, put it on hold, and activate the “6+6 privilege.” This entitles him to receive his full official salary for the next six months and half of it for the following six months.
