
The Planet Mixed Doubles and Planet Senior Curling Championships 2024 are scheduled to take spot from 20–27 April at the Oestersund Arena in Sweden. Oestersund is situated in Jamtland, in the central area of Sweden, close to the shores of Storsjön, the country’s fifth-biggest lake. With a population of more than fifty thousand, it is thought of the cultural and financial center of the area.
Oestersund has a robust reputation for organizing sports events and has previously hosted globe cups in biathlon and cross-nation skiing, as effectively as the qualifying tournament for the Paralympic Games in parahockey. The city has also welcomed many Planet Curling events given that 1999, such as the Planet Junior Curling Championships, the Planet Junior-B Championships, and the Planet Mixed Doubles Championship and Planet Senior Championships.
